As it was a lovely sunny day, Ron and I managed to get the 1st coat of paint on the interior using rollers, it has been a few weeks coming while we got all the rust off and got her spankingly clean. So, we’ll need about 4 or 5 coats of this and then a hardner to finish, but it goes on like a dream and I have a couple of rattlecans for the difficult corners. I decided not to remove the windows as I really don’t want to spend more € on replacing the rubbers.

Just checking functionality of my moblog from my blackberry. Wordpress has released a new app available from link.

So after much hassle with MovableType blog, i have taken the plunge and moved over to wordpress. Same content, new look. I hope you find the experience more pleasurable.

I will also be adding a new section called VW Camper which will chronicle the restoration of my 1973 VW Type2 camper van, so stay tuned.
