9 things you need to know about dating a Swedish girl

1. She’s probably a better drinker than you are.

2. She can be slightly formal, she won’t declare her love for you immediately, but when she does, she really means it.

3. She doesn’t expect you to always pay, but chivalry is welcome (you must offer at least 3 times before she’ll let you pay).

4. She doesn’t always say please or thank you, but she still really appreciates everything you for her.

5. She speaks great English, she’s smart and educated – In most cases more so than you.

6. She takes her personal space seriously, but loves to have you next to her.

7. She will insist you join in on wearing flowers in your hair for midsummer.

8. She will also insist you taste the pickled fish and eat caviar that comes in a tube even if she doesn’t like it.

9. She is absolutely gorgeous.

Keep calm and love Sweden

Golly gosh a wild update appears!

Not had a mix for quite a while… and I mean 5 years. My decks are currently being lovingly cared for by a friend who has kindly allowed me to visit and play my tunes whenever I desire. So given this new lease of life I present to you some of my old, some of my newish tunes in a lovely upbeat summer mix of tech/house. Enjoy and any feedback good/bad will be well received.

scanning loyalty cards

Anyone using their phone to store all their loyalty cards?
I know scanners work on old non-touch screens (ala KLM E-Check In) but I have not tried with my existing HTC Desire.
Reason?…
<rant> My wallet is so full of these goddamn cards
I have 2 for petrol, 1 for the DIY store, the Supermarket, Breakdown Service, Hospital, Video shop, Museum Card, Makro, Camping Card, Health insurance, Driving Licience, NL ID)

I’d much rather just have my wallet back thank-you very much instead of lugging round a suitcase in my pocket full of plastic </rant>

Someone tell me this is possible before I make a fool of myself at the checkout, .. also do screen protector make a difference (I’m not using a mirror type before you ask!)

thanks!
